Minimum Order
Minimum order is one case of any product.

Return Policy
We package all items as well as we possibly can and make every attempt to get your merchandise delivered to you on time in an undamaged condition. It is the responsibility of the receiver to immediately notify The Merry Hempsters of damaged merchandise. In the event of product shortage you must contact us within 24 hours. We will check our inventory to determine if this was an error on our end or shipper theft. We do not accept the return of used products, so please examine your shipments well upon arrival.

Shelf Life
All Merry Hempsters balms use certified organic cold pressed hemp seed oil. It is highly susceptible to oxidation. We add natural antioxidants to prolong shelf life. It is best to minimize as much light, heat, and oxygen as possible. The Merry Hempsters will guarantee our lip balms for a period of 1 year and 2 years on all lotions and muscle rubs after the time of purchase.

Please allow 7 days for shipping. All shipments will come via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.

COD
COD charges apply to all COD shipments. UPS COD is $10.50 USD.

Payment Forms & Policies
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express in our online store and money orders and COD for phone orders. To help prevent fraud we must insist that your payment information match your mailing address.

While shopping in our online store, all data transferred between your browser and our store will be encrypted. For security reasons we DO NOT store your Credit Card details on our server.

After checkout you will receive an email confirmation containing a copy of your invoice.
